2010 Seattle Zombie Walk

On July 3rd Seattle reclaimed the Guinness Book of Records title for Largest Zombie Gathering. 4233 undead rose to the occasion, which included a Thriller dance workshop, a zombie walk, and a screening of Dawn of the Dead at Fremont’s outdoor theater.

It was a family-friendly event.

There were those who tried to contain the outbreak, including Homeland Zombie Security and the Zombie Outbreak Response Team, but they were quickly outnumbered and overwhelmed by lurching hordes of the living dead. It seems from this picture that not all zombies would oppose being quelled.

It was good fun. Not clean fun, but good fun.
