There’s such an explosion of fonts in this booklet. If they’d used helvetica, they would’ve simply said, “BAKE THIS. NOW.” Not that I’m advocating helvetica, mind you. In fact, unless I’m mistaken, this comment is in helvetica, and I’m not allowed to change the font. Dang it! Irony!
