Did you know that William Moulton Marston, the creator of Wonder Woman – the super hero who foils crime with her amazing Lasso of Truth – is also credited with originating the use of systolic blood pressure to detect deception, now used in the polygraph, or lie-detector?
The difference, of course, is that the Lasso of Truth always works.
It just seems so cruel, shooting her in the wrists like that.
